Troubleshoot macOS permissions

Fix common Microphone, Accessibility, Calendar, and recording permission issues.

Check System Settings

Open macOS System Settings and confirm Echoic has the permissions required for the feature you are using.

Restart after permission changes

If macOS does not apply a permission immediately, quit and reopen Echoic after changing the setting.

Test with a short recording

Use a short test recording to confirm microphone and system audio behavior before joining an important call.
